Astopad blankets have been developed with Gentherm’s leading Carbotex heating technology, originally designed for comfort, warmth, reliability and safety.
Astopad COV blankets are soft, flexible, reusable and comfortable pads that utilize Gentherm’s Carbotex heating technology. Each blanket has 8 sensors embedded throughout to prevent hot spots and ensure patient safety. Astopad COV blankets are radiolucent for medical X-ray and can be used in nearly any patient positioning scenario. Blankets are available in multiple sizes and shapes.
OR Table Pad with Integrated Heating Element The viscoelastic foam is combined with a dynamic foam base for ultimate decubitus prophylaxis on the operating table. The integrated heating element on top of the OR table pad provides perfect warmth for the patients to prevent hypothermia. Ideally, new operating tables can be directly equipped with Astopad SOF applied parts for the backrest pad or the entire surface of the operating table. Astopad SOF pads are produced individually according to customer needs to fit perfectly within the size specifications of operating tables.
